structured development of competence fields
New pedagogical approaches focus on the development of competence fields of learners. Whether used in the school or a company context the development of competence profiles needs a structured visualization of competence fields as a base.
To create competence grids for company and educational purposes the tool COMET has been developed. With this tool competences and partial competences can be created adding difficulty levels, indicators that lead to a gain of competences and associated materials.
