The course features a Virtual Learning Environment and six interactive Learning Stations, each dedicated to different aspects of digital and media literacy. The materials cover key topics such as navigating the digital world, developing critical thinking skills, digital literacy, content creation, online safety, and responsible digital citizenship.
The course will remain accessible for the next five years and is available in English, German, Spanish, Italian, and Greek.
During the piloting phase, more than 120 participants over 45 years old from Austria, Greece, Italy, Spain, Ireland, and Cyprus tested the course. The vast majority rated their experience as positive.
Additionally, the course was evaluated by educators specializing in adult learning, who gave high ratings to the quality and effectiveness of the materials.
