Problem
With the increasing importance of digital skills in education, there was a need for a central platform to support schools, teachers, and coordinators throughout Austria in the development of digital schools.
The challenge was to combine a wide range of functions—from data management and quality assurance to resource networking—in a user-friendly system.
At the same time, existing platforms such as eduthek, eduvidual, and the Austrian education portal had to be seamlessly integrated to avoid media discontinuity and optimize processes. In addition, there was a high demand for country-specific control and analysis tools as well as efficient management of digital teaching and learning resources.

Development of screen design and overall concept for the new website, including creation of personas and user journey
